SPEAK exists to help raise awareness about the critical issues and lingering needs within our communities facing children and youth, women and their families and the poor through the use of technology, multi-media tools, activities, events and programs. The goal is to produce positive change in the lives of those whose voices are not being heard and needs are not being met.
SPEAK youth and parent volunteers have been busy over the past few months: packing large duffle filled with personal care items to be donated to youth in and those aging out of foster care; practicing for Christmas singing engagements at some local nursing homes and more!
Specially Made is a small business where customers can purchase customized handmade greetings cards as well as customized handmade Baby, Birthday, & Wedding Invitations at very affordable prices. Individual cards are currently priced at only $1.50/card and packs of cards (10 cards per pack) can be purchased for just $12.
